2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
YOVAD SERVICES INC provides professional handyman, maintenance, and home improvement services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Painting (Interior/Exterior)
- Drywall Installation & Repairs
- Vinyl Flooring Installation
- Pressure Washing
- General Maintenance & Handyman Services
Limitations: Our services are strictly focused on non-structural home improvements, repairs, and maintenance. We do not perform major structural renovations or large-scale construction projects requiring specific general contractor licenses beyond our scope.
3. PAYMENTS, ESTIMATES AND CANCELLATIONS
a. Estimates: Services are performed based on approved estimates or hourly rates as agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.
b. Payments: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise specified in your invoice. We accept major credit cards, checks, or cash.
c. Deposits: For certain projects involving material costs, a deposit may be required before work begins.
d. Cancellations: We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCESS
a. Access: You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the property to perform the agreed-upon services.
b. Authority: You represent that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property.
c. Safety: You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety and the safety of our professionals.
d. Communications: You consent to receiving SMS/Text messages from us regarding your appointments, estimates, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content, features, and functionality of our services (including but not limited to automation snapshots, funnel designs, and training materials) are and will remain the exclusive property of KT Business Solutions. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your own business use only.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The content, features, and functionality of our website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) are and will remain the exclusive property of YOVAD SERVICES INC. You may not reproduce or use our brand assets without express written permission.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
